looking for 13 dogs taken illegaly by cumberland county pound in NC

dr lauby the day after our dogs were seized talked to my mother and promised he would hold on to our dogs until we found a place to live. he gave us his word. we went to channel abc 11 after our dogs were taken april 20th we wanted to see the trouble shooter lady to tell our side. this is our side

the thing is it all started in january someone from church called social sevices said my mother was starving me and we had to many dogs. well in our lease we signed 7 yrs ago when the old owner and old property manager was there it never stated how many dogs we could have. well a new owner took over the old property manager quit so the new lady almost been there two years. when social services came i was in dc . the SS guy said he heard voices well he heard the tv they came in saw the dogs checked the fridge and left to make sure we had food. they are good dogs though they were scared of other people who came in. the property manager took us to court and the magistrate told her she could not kick us out of the house because of the dogs. so she told the judge she was going to social services to get a letter to say it was not suitable to live in. well the property manager got and extention and we had go back to court again well the next magistrait said she can not kick us out because of the dogs once again she never got a letter from social services. tho on a technicality. even tho my mother was not behind on the rent our lease had ran out. it was now month to month so she could refuse to take our rent. thats how we were kicked out.she said we had ten days to get our stuff out she came to the house after 5 days and said we needed to get out or she would call the law for us tresspassing. well we own a storage shed thats on the property the sheriff said that was ours not hers well after she kicked us out she told our neighbors to go take stuff about 2000 dollars worth of stuff out of our storage shed. we did not think she would do that. well we did not lock it up. tho we know who has our stuff we saw it behind their house. we called the sheriffs department and said we will get back to you after they went to the person house who had our stuff. they said
property manager told them they can take our stuff out of our shed. the sherriffs have not done dang thing. oh nowhere in harnett county is their a law how many dogs a person can have either. we had gotten a lawyer tho we wanted to get in a shower we went to project inasmuch in fayetteville about nine in the morning the lady came out when it was like 39 maybe 40 degrees saying our dogs were hot or panting when we had the windows down and air running. she locked the gate told us to let our dogs out so they can run. then she called the pound and said they had no leashes. after we got in the shower got our dogs in the car to see a lawyer she refused to let us out so we could talk to our lawyer bout sueing the property manager. we were held hostage by this lady. we need help with a lawyer in north carolina. We have been crying everyday. fayetteville is trying to make an example of us with there new rule on dogs when were are not living in fayetteville. 2 of the dogs are my therpy dogs. we want them all back if you can help please do. we love them all.
the dumb liberal media called us from the pound may 10th at 11:50 in morning met us at salvation army did like a 30 minute interview. we went to the pound to visit our dogs. we saw abc11 pull up and park next too the police facility next to the pound because they saw our suv. well we were sneaky after we left they pulled up near the pound and parked there. we snuck back and saw the news van in front of the pound instead of the police facility. of the 30 minute interview they gave us 6 seconds. our dogs played with us that were in the horses barn. they licked us loved us jumped on us. even the ones inside loved us licking our fingers and jumping up and down in their cages wanting to be with us. the news media did not want to see our dogs playing with us outside or see the other dogs barking for us inside. thats why they waited till we left. now their missing they told us they're being shipped somewhere to be retrained so we can't see them. 2 of them are my sons therpy dogs because he is disable. we are trying figure our where they might have been sent too. if you have taken any or fostered any of dogs from cumberland county pound from may 17th 18th 19th 20th 21st 22nd 23rd 24th please call us. 910-354-5932 We Miss them & we know they miss us. you should see the way the acted everytime we visited at the pound. if we have to get a lawyer to find where they been sent to and who has them we will do so. please help if you can or you know anything

oh that quack lauby don't know what he's talking bout our dogs were not in need of medical attention. also while my mother was talking with him he told my mom our dogs had mange without doing any kind of tests or skin scrape. a month later they sent our dogs that had hair falling off to a animal hospital it was flea dermatitis like my mom told lauby. like that requires real medical attention. jack had the broke tooth because our big lab got into a fight with him. news sources lie so does lauby. you don't kidnapp someone hold them against their will like project inasmuch did.. the lady who called the pound while holding us hostage told us she called shelby who was supposed to hold our dogs in the 1st place until we found a place to live in harnett county. she never called shelby. like i said the lady told us to let our dogs out to run she locked the gate called the pound and said said they had mange not true animal hopital confirm flea dermatitis in may. everyone made a false judgement call saying it was mange. see you can't believe everything you hear without knowing the facts.

i went to the county commisionor meeting monday. Dr Lauby who runs the pound was laughing at me because i was crying. when i looked at him he had a smile on his face. i did not know i had to sign up to speak. so i could not speak for my dogs.oh like i said we were not from cumberland also holding people hostage against their will in this country is kidnapping last time i checked

If you are on Facebook, please friend my rescue account which is "Save Pets Nc". I did my volunteer training at Cumberland County Animal Services when your dogs were there. I saw their pictures on Unchain Cumberland County's Facebook and was told that Shelby would be taking the dogs. I am so sorry about your dogs.
