Well tomorrow, Figaro and I will be going to visit a new vet. He was highly recommended by three friends of mine so we will see.
I'm thankful I have a job that I don't have to rush to in the morning. Figaro loves to watch things on my iPad so every morning, he snuggles up with me in bed and watches me answer my emails, check facebook, etc. I cherish these little moments with him because he is so special. When I leave for work in the afternoon, he's always at the door waiting for me when I get home. I think it's because he wants dinner but I'll take it as a sign of affection. :)
I'm thankful for this community as well. If I had just listened to my originial vet, Figaro would not have a good road ahead of him. She told me not to research FeLV and it would be more humane for the both of us just to put him down. I've learned alot over the past couple of days and I'm hopeful my kitten will grown into a healthy cat.
I'll keep everyone updated on what our new vet says. I'm going to see Dr. Brenner in Laurel, MD. The original vet was Dr. Dunnigan at Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital in Ellicott City, MD.
